Justin Hullen, from Illinois, working for ZINTEX Illinois, Central Illinois. We actually did the the original install here with the safety tub. So I was pretty familiar with you know how the plumbing and everything went in there. So, tearing it out was kind of just backwards of installing it. So, um, having done the previous install, I was pretty aware of what I was walking into on this one.
When we put in the safety tub, it was originally for her husband. Um, her husband passed. She could not use that safety tub. It was too complicated for her. So, we came back in, we took it out, and we put in this shower base. I'm going to get you on video. Oh. Like we did last time when I go through everything.
[CUSTOMER]: Oh my gosh. Well, it's been a good company to do business with and they've done a wonderful job. The people who worked here were wonderful people to work with. They did their job and everything went smooth. There's no problems. The tub was good for my husband, but unfortunately my husband didn't last too long after we had it put in. And so now they've changed and made a shower for me. And I can't thank them enough.
You know, after a bathroom like this, after any new bathroom, as much as they cost, they should have a wow look. You know, the wow effect. They really didn't have that wow effect when we put in the safety tub. Now she's just amazingly happy with everything.
Wow, what a deal. Thank you, ma'am. All right, we'll dry everything up, get things cleaned up. Okay, I'll leave you to it. Can I give you a hug? You sure can. Thank you. Thank you so much. You're welcome. I love it. I love that you give me a hug. Thank you. If you're happy, we're happy. Well, good. Well, I'm happy. Good. That's so much better than that tub. Yeah that tub wasn't ideal.
[CUSTOMER]: Yeah, the shower is more than I expected. It's beautiful. I have never seen a shower like that.
That's what we want to get. We want to get that emotion from the customers, and also obviously, it makes us feel better because she's going to be loving that.
