Hi, my name is Rich. I'm the Field Manager here in Central Arkansas. My name is Jeremy Stafford. I'm a bathroom installer. My name is Matthew Ellars, I am a bathroom installer for ZINTEX Remodeling Group. So, today we are at a house in Flipping, Arkansas. This customer is in a wheelchair. This customer has a lot of hardships and getting in and out of a tub, it's just not working. So, we have a steel bathtub rip that we're pulling out today. We're going to put a complete new shower system in with a lower threshold base with a good wall system, something that's going to be beautiful for him. And we're going to have grab bars at entry uh for safety for the customer to have ease getting in and out. And then we also have a fixed position seat that matches the system and is going to go in there. Once it's all said and done, everything's going to be really pretty.
[Music] Everything went pretty well today for the most part. We got the demo done pretty easily. The P trap was very easy to relocate and get it to where we needed to get to. We didn't have very much issues with the walls or anything like that. And then it was pretty much cut and dry from there. Just going back with a new installation, a new shower pan, the shower curtain, the seat, the two grab bars that we put in, the extra shower wand holder, and then got everything sealed up and everything should be good to go. So, one of the things I love about working for this company is is we like to give back. We give back to our veterans. We give back to our seniors. We just give back in general. It makes us feel great to be able to do something like this for a senior citizen, to be able to get them in and out of a shower better, to know that we're going to make a difference with their day-to-day shower uses, just kind of help improve their quality of life in general. It lets us get in here and make a difference to people, especially something like this with mobility is impaired. I mean, it makes a huge difference to him and his community. Everybody here was worried about it. We had just about every neighbor come over and check on the progress today. You know, I like ZINTEX. I worked for several companies in the past and they would have never done anything like this. Meeting people, hearing their stories, knowing that you're making a difference, you're actually helping people. Yeah, it brings me a lot of joy just being able to give back to the communities. There are a lot of communities that don't have a whole lot. So it's always nice to come from my home and go to another person's home and try and give them something that's going to give them they can remember for a long time and be able to use for a long time. And it's not something that's just temporary.
