After attending a Home Show recently my wife and I stopped at a Kohler booth to inquire about a walk-in tub or shower and set up an appointment for a representative to stop by our home. A few days later Jay Stauble from ZINTEX, the exclusive installer for Kohler bath systems, came to our home to quote an installation for us. Although we haven't decided yet on a system, we were impressed enough with the presentation that I offered to post a review. Jay arrived on time and spent a few minutes asking a number of questions about our interest in a walk-in tub out shower. Afterward he inspected our bathroom and took several measurements to determine if there would be any difficulties with installing either system. The presentation that followed was very professional and included visuals that helped us to understand all the aspects of the product, the installation process, the Kohler warranty, etc. He showed us samples of materials used and what differentiated Kohler and Zintex from the competition. He then provided the quote, explained the financing & affordability options, and answered our questions. As I mentioned earlier, my wife and I haven't made a decision yet on the investment, but wanted to thank Jay for the time he took with us, his professionalism, and a five star presentation.

Walk-In Shower Conversion

I made the decision to convert my tub/shower to a full walk-in shower. The Zintex contractor David Elms installed the walk-in shower in 2 days. The whole process was completed in a very professional manner with very little disruption to our daily routine. David maintained the work area in a clean and neat manner. He kindly answered all of our questions and was accommodating to our personal needs. The end result is a beautiful shower area that is functional and enhances the look of our bathroom. The experience exceeded our expectations and we love the change it made.

The entire process from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I replaced a shower/tub with a walk-in shower and an old shower with a new one. Both turned out beautiful and well done. Josh did a thorough job estimating the work to be done and outlining the entire process. Kerrie was very helpful in coordinating and scheduling the installations. David, the installer, was very professional, thorough and conscientious in doing an exceptional job. Everything was done as promised and high quality.
