Beautiful Shower
Zintex is a gem of a company. First, your team of people that I dealt with over the course picking out the walk-in shower to setting up the installation was Fantastic. Everyone was so kind, informative, and helpful. Second, the pricing can’t be beat for the Quality of materials. Third, our professional installer Mr. Luciro did excellent job. He is very knowledgeable; he found an issue we did not know about and fixed it quickly. Now we will not a have a mold problem. (watch out for other companies, they may take short cuts, and you will have issues). He made sure to keep us informed of what was going on. Mr. Luciro was fast and left our home clean. Now we have a beautiful Shower.
Truly Amazing
Hello Nashville Team. I have been wanting a bath tub in the master bathroom for 7 years. I just couldn't put it off any longer. Once I met with Skye Jones, he showed me different layouts and told me that what I wanted the company would accommodate me. I had met with another company and they're pricing was way out of my reach. Skye consulted and he made me feel like royalty and not a number. The pricing was well within my range and I was sold. I received a call from Dawn welcoming me to the team. Every time we spoke on the phone, she acted as if we are Friends. Even though we have never met it was nice to be treated in that manner. I want to thank all of the team players that made my wish come true. To include the installers Daniel and Matt. They ran into a snag but they continued with their professionalism that it didn't bother me about the snag. When you have a team that professional and care about what they do or represent, you would have to compliment them and show how much you appreciate their efforts in giving you what you want. Knowing how my walk-in-shower looked compared to the bathtub/shower is unbelievable. It is truly amazing and I can't thank you all enough for the job that you do. I will without hesitating recommend Zintex to family, friends, neighbors and co-workers. Thank you for all that you all do.
Truly a Wonderful transformation of bathroom
From Jorge, design consultant, to Natalie who handled our account, to James, Bobbie and Travis who worked as a terrific team to complete our tub to shower conversion, the attention to keeping flooring protected to the caulking detail at the completion, you showed professionalism. I have worked with various vendors and contractors in my past and I can say I have not seen a team more unified to reach the goal than James, Bobbie and Travis. I was on site and observed all the work and effort as I built my home and was there to see the alteration take place. With no children now at home and age passing us quickly, a beautiful shower was a real blessing. Thanks to all for the pleasant experience from initial contact thru scheduling, financing and completion. Certainly would not have ANY reason to not recommend Zintex for a tub to shower conversion.
Great Job!
My experience was unbelievable from the person (Tom Grossman) who came out and talked to me and went over everything with me, to Dawn who keep me up to date on everything down to the minute. Whenever there was a change in the start date, I was informed. She was very professional and on target. The gentleman (Sharmar) who was the installer, I was told that he would be there at 9:30am on the 23rd of January and he worked hard and did a great job he explained everything and went over everything before he started. Poor guy I thought he was going to walk his legs off, it was a lot of walking back and forth, but he never complained. He was super professional, he worked until it was done. I would go and peek at his work and to see the progress and the work I was very pleased. I would recommend this Zintex to anyone who wants this kind of work done. Sharmar is truly an asset to your company and don't forget his helper Mark. I can't say thank you enough. Thank you so much for your help in the project. Tom, Dawn, Sharmar and Mark. Assume
Starting with Dawn the account manager she was absolutely assume she was to move us up approximately a month for the install, which was absolutely great, then to Benjamin the installer he was assume showed up on time and stayed late the installation is beautiful we are so pleased with the finished product, entire team was assume.

A great change
Poor Marco. He showed up late due to a mechanical issue with his trailer(kept me informed the whole time). Instead of arriving at 8 he made it by 11 immediately explained things to me and went to work. He worked tirelessly until 5:30pm the first day.The second day he arrived at 8 am as promised and went right to work, Poor guy must of walked 10 miles over the course of this install. Let me add on this day it was snowing but he did not slow down. He asked us if he could work as long as it took to finish up and we gladly agreed. At 2 am in the morning we tapped out although he was like the energizer bunny and could of kept going. Marco came back the third morning and spent about 1 !/2 hours sealing everything explaining how everything worked left the place cleaner than he found it and poof just like that he is gone! Dawn was my office contact and she kept in touch by phone,text,and email. She made sure i was kept up to date on the whole process which made it so less stressful. In closing if you need a bath remodel do not hesitate to reach out to Zintex.
The right decision
From beginning to the end it was a awesome experience. From the salesman to the installer we couldn’t have been more pleased! They were very prompt and professional. The quality and the workmanship were well worth the money!
