Brien Sharp was our consultant and did a very good job explaining the product, warranties and how it would all play out. Our project manager was Dawn. She checked on us regularly, before the project was started, during the process and afterward. She is very easy to talk with and eager to please. Our team that actually put in our shower (Genero, Pedro and Martin) were the nicest young men and did a fabulous job. They were so courteous and polite. And they cleaned up both days they were here; I was very impressed. They even put up with my dog! (She thinks she has to be in the middle of everything!) It was a great experience.
Walking shower
Our installers were fantastic. Marco and Dom Santucci and John Wagbeerg. We are very pleased and would recommend this company to anyone.

I have been very satisfied and thankful for Zintex installation for my beautiful shower. My salesman J.D. Guerra was the most thoughtful and understanding my needs. Julie Polk, project manager and now a valued friend was all focused on my project. Julie was my guiding angel. Timmothy Oberg my installer of shower was great. He was perfect, knowledgeable, perfect measurements and a joy to work with. His most endearing moment cleaning up the job site , vacuuming bathroom and garage! Wow! His mom taught him very good manners. All in all from top management, JD Guerra sales, Julie projects management, and Timothy Oberg installer I am very happy!
WOW! Awesome new shower
This was a positive, non-intrusive, and fun experience! Don’t think of these terms when I think remodeling! Casey came to measure and see what it was I was seeking. The tub I was removing was smaller than standard size. He was able to expand the area to give me a larger shower pan, therefor more room, which made me very happy! He answered all my questions and if I couldn’t decide I would ask what he suggested he would tell me and then explain why! So helpful. Natalie was my contact person. Friendly, answered my questions and kept me apprised of where we were in the process. Always returned my calls or texts. Easy to work with. John was my installer, arrived promptly and got the tub removed and new shower installed in one day. He did an awesome job the craftsmanship is excellent. Covered the floor and all counter tops/ toilet and floor for protection. Swept when finishing. Wouldn’t have know he was there except for a big beautiful shower! Then the glass people came to measure I didn’t want and kind of tracks for doors to slide in so I got a beautify glass wall and door!!No rails. Then Matt came and installed the door. He was quick , efficient and it’s beautiful. He’s funny too. I was wonderful working g with Zintex!! Thanks for a very positive experience and I am very happy with my new shower!!!
Bath Reno
I recently had the bathtub taken out if my guest bathroom and replaced with a beautiful walk in shower. This was all done by one individual named Seth. It took 2 days from beginning to end. Seth arrived on time both days. He tore out the old bathtub and prepped the area the first day. He also protected my floors and cabinets. Once he was finished, he not only cleaned up the area inside but also the garage and driveway where he had to do some cuttings. I would and have recommended Zintex. I had a great experience. Bravo! 5 out of 5 star!
Tub/shower conversion to walk-in Shower
Extremely happy with Zintex, Gaston with the design, Julie Polk and Matthew Zachar on the project. A special thanks to Matthew for the amazing transformation! His work ethic and dedication to our project from beginning to end confirmed we had made the right choice with the company. We appreciated his care with the removal of existing tub/shower and the attention to detail of the awesome new walk-in shower! We love it! Definitely 5+ stars!
Loving Our 2 bathrooms
Great friendly and professional experience starting with Rep. who came to the house and help pick our design (Ernie Castillo) , our remodeling crew (Dante) very respectful, quick, and kept everything clean and in order. (Very well at communicating and explaining), and the one and only (Mrs. Julie) who was always making sure she gave updates and even had the project start way earlier than scheduled. The whole experience with Zintex was so amazing. Thank you all for making Our bathrooms look amazing. 😍
