New Shower and service call
We had our new shower installed in one day by installer Bo June 4, 2025. A leak occurred at the hand held shower connection to the shower wall on June 23, 2025. Called June 24, 2025 and had an convenient appointment set July 1, 2025. Installer Brian came out replaced a pipe fitting and solved the leak. Also tightened up a couple of plates behind the water adjustments. Great looking job and great service call response with an issue. Like dealing with a company that stands behind their product and installation.

I would also like to give a shout-out to Gehrig Smith, our Design Consultant and Dawn Bentley our Project Account Manager. Gehrig was upfront, professional, and honest, 3 things I admire and respect in a sales consultant. Dawn was on top of the project from the get-go and kept us fully informed about what was going to happen and followed up with us every step of the way. Great job by an amazing team.
