One day tub/shower conversion
I made the call for a consult on a Saturday and 10 days later, my parents has a new shower! Josh Walker came Monday and thoroughly explained everything to my mother and me. He was courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely caring of our situation. Kerry called the next day and scheduled the install for the next Monday. David Elms and Japheth arrived early that day and went immediately to work. All involved understood our situation of needing the job done quickly because of my father's mobility issues, along with some others. David and Japheth did a phenomenal job. They would have been done in one day if it had not have been for some gnarly plumbing issues that David corrected and got the job done right. They were very efficient and made sure everything was cleaned and out away when they had to leave that first day so my dad would have access to the bathroom at night and would not face any obstacles that might cause a fall. David explained how to use the new shower head and patiently answered any questions we had throughout the entire process. I 100% recommend Zintex to anyone wanting or needing a bathroom remodel. Thanks to everyone that was involved! Much, if not all, of my fear for my dad's safety in that bathroom and shower has been greatly relieved. And for my mother and disabled brother too! One of the best decisions and experiences of this new journey in life.
