Jerry Thorn, our design consultant came to our house on Monday, June 10th. He was very courteous, polite and personable. He arrived promptly on the designated time. We visited briefly before we got down to business. Jerry is very knowledgeable about his product and answered all our questions to our expectations. He showed us samples and before long we were pretty much sold. Negotiations and paperwork was signed. We were told the project would be completed in 1-2 days within the next two weeks. The following day Zintex's office called and we agreed on a scheduled installation date for the following Monday and Tuesday. So far I have nothing but praise for the consultant and his company. Next we will see how the installation goes. I have good vibes about it.
