I called for a free consultation. I have dealt with many contractors and the questionnaire was very inappropriate. More than once I was asked if I had a significant other, if this was a second home ( not sure why that would matter- tubs work the same in both). I was asked if I would have uninterrupted time for the consultation and there were many questions about my finances and the type of schedule I have. I would steer clear something is not right about this company.

The reason that we ask questions like this is to make sure that you are the owner of the property, as non-owners can't make decisions about a remodeling project or qualify for any financing plans. The question about a spouse or significant other, is because everything we do is custom made, so when there are two people who live in a home, they would need to pick out and agree on the colors, styles, accessories, hardware, whether you'd want a shower door or a curtain rod, etc. We understand that we might not be the right company for everyone, but we at least wanted you to have an explanation of why we ask the questions we do.
