Richard was very thorough and explained everything for the bathroom remodel I was looking for, he took the time to describe everything from the company, materials, scope of work, lifetime warranty and timeline. Zintex was on my short list, there’s so many businesses in this field you have to do your homework, in my experience when looking for bids I always throw out the highest and lowest bids, this time I chose another company, but will check back with Zintex when and if I every decide to replace my other bathroom. Tub replacement with walk in shower

New shower replacement.

Byron was very professional on explaining the process of installation.it took 2 weeks for the material to come in. Dawn called us about setting up an installation date. The date they set was exactly when they did the install. She was very polite and answered all of our questions. Polo came out and did the install. The put down cloth on the floors where they walked. Our shower was a 2 day install they cleaned up after themselves. You would have never known they were there. Finished up tge next day. I’m sure no my bathroom was clearer when the left before. We now have a beautiful shower. My granddaughter called it a rich persons shower. I love 💕 our new shower.

Great Install and fabulous shower

Kevin did a great job, he was so polite and nice. He worked hard and was very careful to do a perfect job. We are so happy with our new walk in shower it is absolutely beautiful!! He also left all the space clean and tidy even the carport outside where he worked. We are very pleased and will recommend him to family and friends.

Fabulous experience

Marty did an outstanding job on the removal of our 70 year old cast iron bathtub AND the ceramic tile surround, which turned out to have been applied to metal lath covered in no less than 1-1/2 inches of concrete. Despite these challenges, Marty has completed our new walk-in shower and it is beautiful! We are so pleased with this experience, especially the attention to detail and daily cleanup during the process.
