Could not of ask for a better experience with this group! I was a little worried about my choice as you see samples and it’s hard to visualize what the final product will truly look like. Josh Smiley was amazing on his visit and went over and beyond to help me make the right decision. Dawn stayed in touch through text and calls to keep me updated on installation date. Matthew was very professional and thorough on explaining all the details on his arrival. They take precautions to protect all your floors/carpet with drop cloths during installation and clean up after project is finished … in just two days!!! Thanks to Taylor and Charles for your help also. Highly recommend for tub to shower conversion.

Excellent Customer Service and Fantastic Job!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Lead man on the job was Manuel and he did a fantastic job updating and installing our new shower. He made sure our furniture was covered from dust and kept the area clear. After finishing the job, he answered all of our questions very professional. My one concern was the size of the shower door didn't fit and he got on the phone immediately and called the manager. Casey responded with a call assuring me that the issue will resolve quickly. I know a lot of consumers are apprehensive about home projects; however, this has been no stress at all! I have more stress writing books...lol Once again, Thank you Manuel, Natalie, Richard and Casey! Job well done.

Tub to shower remodel
The entire process was painless! Feom design to completion! David and Dawn were spectacular and I'd recommend to everyone! Grade A plus craftsmanship and products! I couldn't have asked for more! I absolutely LOVE my shower!

New Tub Upstairs, New Shower Downstairs
5 Star all the way top to bottom! This was a big project for us and we have been researching it for over a couple of years before finally pulling the trigger. Our house was built in the mid 80's and we were replacing both the upstairs tub and downstairs shower. We got quotes from several of the leading competitors and ultimately chose Zintex. And boy am I glad we did. Our Salesperson was Gaston. Gaston was experienced and answered all the questions we had. Gaston was also able to get us the financing arrangement we needed to get the deal done. Our point of contact for scheduling or any questions was Kiyanne. She was excellent in keeping us updated via phone and text w/ updates and scheduling. Our upstairs Tub replacement was the first to be scheduled. I was a little surprised when Seth, our installer, rang the doorbell, and he was by him self, thinking this would probably be a 2 person job. Over the next 2 days Seth knocked it out of the park! Both my wife and I were completely impressed with the skill and quality of workmanship Seth exhibited in completing our upstairs Tub replacement project. It was awesome. Kiyanne scheduled the 2nd project for a downstairs tub to shower conversion and this time Installer Matt rang the doorbell. 2 days later, my wife and I were once again blown away by the excellent level of craftsmanship performed by this Zintex installer, Matt. The end result was better than we had ever hoped for and we were 100% Happy! Very happy we went w/ Zintex.
Tub to ADA Walk In Shower Conversion
Manas Balagna was our initial contact and he explained everything very well. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything. We were able see the colors and materials in person...just in a book. Natalie kept us in the loop on the process every step of the way. Christian (the installer) did very good work and was willing to answer any questions we had. He explained the process and how our new shower works. The shower works very well! Since I am a disabled veteran, going from a tub to a walk-in shower has made taking a shower much easier and enjoyable! The quality of the materials and work is very high quality and commercial grade. I would not hesitate to recommend Zintex to anyone that needs their bathroom remodeled!
