One day tub/shower conversion
I made the call for a consult on a Saturday and 10 days later, my parents has a new shower! Josh Walker came Monday and thoroughly explained everything to my mother and me. He was courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely caring of our situation. Kerry called the next day and scheduled the install for the next Monday. David Elms and Japheth arrived early that day and went immediately to work. All involved understood our situation of needing the job done quickly because of my father's mobility issues, along with some others. David and Japheth did a phenomenal job. They would have been done in one day if it had not have been for some gnarly plumbing issues that David corrected and got the job done right. They were very efficient and made sure everything was cleaned and out away when they had to leave that first day so my dad would have access to the bathroom at night and would not face any obstacles that might cause a fall. David explained how to use the new shower head and patiently answered any questions we had throughout the entire process. I 100% recommend Zintex to anyone wanting or needing a bathroom remodel. Thanks to everyone that was involved! Much, if not all, of my fear for my dad's safety in that bathroom and shower has been greatly relieved. And for my mother and disabled brother too! One of the best decisions and experiences of this new journey in life.

Outstanding Shower Remodel
My wife and I decided to update and upgrade our 2 shower facilities and chose Zintex to do the work. We were rewarded for our decision when Raul, Cynthia and Branden were dispatched to handle our work. They were professional and communicative from the first hour forward. Step in Shower
David Elms did a fantastic job on our shower install, it turned out just beautiful He was very thorough and made sure the carpet was covered. He was very courteous and made sure everything was just right. Great guy!.
Walk in Shower
We are very pleased with the walk in shower installation. Benjamin is an excellent installer. The project was reviewed before work began and the job was completed on time. He keep us informed on his progress and was very careful to protect the surrounding areas. All of the remodeling debrise was removed and the areas cleaned up before he left. We are glad that we selected Zintex for this project.
Bathtub to shower conversion
The service l received from Jerry Thorn on initial contact and home visit was very processional, he explained the products, showed me videos, and samples of the materials, and the whole process for the installation, 07/22/24. He was so professional, l did not even get any other estimates. 07/26/24 Seth Sirrs came to do the install. Seth was very professional, very respectful and kindhearted, he installed the shower just like it was explained be Jerry. Keep everything neat. Cleaned up. Insured all docs were signed. I will recommend Zintex to anyone who is looking for quick reasonable , professional work, with quality products that’s mold resistant. Easy to clean and manage. Great, honest customer service. I’m very satisfied. Also has a lifetime warranty. 👌🏾😇
