We really enjoyed the designer Robert, as he was so very helpful and just helped us in every decision. Professional, really new all about his product, his company. We can’t wait to have a done, They are so busy that we can’t get ours done until July. So we’re really looking forward to it.

First off, the customer service and install was above and beyond anything I’ve ever received. The problem lies with the initial salesman who makes a house call. Mind you, he was super nice but failed to deliver the windows he presented to me at consultation. Center Point did make it right but he also failed to mention that if you finance your windows, they are not the buy one get one deal that’s offered. Other than that it was a pleasant experience

Needed a master bath re-do. Had a new shower installed along with a new vanity top. Was given various choices along the way & the rep (BJ) was very helpful. Everything went very smoothly & timely. The work performed was outstanding. Accomplished in one day. The work performed exceed my expectations. The only issue is with the follow up on the clear doors I originally ordered. Was told they were damaged prior to being installed, so we recieved frosted doors, with the promise when the new doors arrived, the frosted dots would be replaced. Not happened yet.

We had one other company give us quote and presentation to remodel our old shower, but selected Center Point (Bath Planet) to do our renovation. The materials that use are top notch and the installation was flawless. It took just one day and it looks awesome.
