Erik Black was our salesperson. I spent years in sales and can say that he did everything in textbook fashion. He was on time, established rapport, asked questions first before presenting information (presentation was then flawless), product knowledge was exemplary, answered questions, handled objections, asked for the sale, and then followed up.
