Excellent Installation
Fidel was very thorough and detail oriented, very professional and respectful of me and my home. He covered the area leading up to the bathroom remodel and walk-in shower install. Fidel was very purposeful in consulting me for my wishes. He seemed to really care about the installation and meeting my expectations. Every evening he cleaned up the work area. Fidel is a very hard worker, Zintex is lucky to have him. I don't see how anyone could do better than Fidel. Summer kept me updated on the installation and followed up after the install. Thank you😁
Tub to shower conversion
Richard Mendoza installed our shower. He was professional and did an excellent job…on top of being a really nice guy! We are very pleased with the new shower and highly recommend!

Non professional
I called for a free consultation. I have dealt with many contractors and the questionnaire was very inappropriate. More than once I was asked if I had a significant other, if this was a second home ( not sure why that would matter- tubs work the same in both). I was asked if I would have uninterrupted time for the consultation and there were many questions about my finances and the type of schedule I have. I would steer clear something is not right about this company.
New Shower
Bill Gorely was awesome when explaining the product and installation process, giving us the confidence in our purchase. Angel kept us up to date on the and scheduled everything out efficiently. Thaddeus and Lori couldn't have been more amazing on the installation. They were prompt, professional, and I would have them do any and all projects around my home. Thaddeus and Lori were the best!
Wet Area Remodel
10/10 recommend Thaddeus & Lori! They laid drop cloth down to preserve our other flooring in the house, kept in mind future bathroom projects, cleaned up their mess better than what they showed up to & communicated every step of the way! We haven't had luck with other projects in our home as we are preparing to welcome our first child & I wish we could have them do every project in our home!
Easiest Remodel Ever!
Last week I had my bathroom remodeled. I had a new walk in shower with bench; new vanity and top and a new chair height toilet installed. Thaddeus and Lori Barr came to do the work. I lived in my previous home for 26 years and had many rooms remodeled over that time. This was the easiest and most pleasant remodel that I have ever had. Both Thaddeus and Lori were very respectful of my home and my time. They called to let me know when they would arrive. They placed drop clothes down on my floors. They were prompt and ready to work. They stayed with the job until it was completed. Their work ethic is second to none. They were very conscientious regarding the quality of their work. I observed them to be very careful that each step of the process was done correctly. When finished, they had taken all of the previous items away and they had been careful to clean up any bits and pieces that were left in the bathroom. I literally had nothing that I needed to clean.
