Mr. Jeff Baker was early to our appointment. He was detailed and went over everything. He did the measurements, went over the materials, and he allowed me to take time to look for what I wanted. My husband and I met with Jeff Baker. He talked with us. Did measurements and designed our tub to shower. He was very informative. Very polite, curteous, even when we had to decline, at this time. He wasn't rude and he did not make us feel like we wasted his time. When, not if, but when are ready, Jeff, will be the consultant that we contact.
Superb shower installation by Danny Burch
Danny Burch installed our walk in shower and he was such a professional guy. He was hard working, socialable and does not waste any time. He worked long hours just to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Zintex and Danny Burch, contractor.
Outstanding Customer Service
Randy Tucker is an asset to this company. He arrived on time (even after driving from DFW area to Austin area). Has was courteous, respectful, knowledgable, thorough, and made it clear we could put our trust in him and Zintex. We intended to get multiple quotes before making a final decision but after his presentation we felt like it wasn't necessary. He spoke highly of his boss, Nick, which was a good sign but also of the company and the product/services they provide. Looking forward to getting our double shower.
