Richard Meeks has been our 1st contact with the company. His knowledge of the product and all its value was impressive. We have decided to commit to a tub to shower conversion. Excited to meet with the installers for our project in the upcoming 10-12 weeks.

AMAZING!!
COLE and his WHOLE team did an AMAZING job!! They were on time. They put plastic barriers and tarps over EVERYTHING to protect and to keep the dust off of all of the surrounding areas. I was very pleased with the whole process. Starting with Monty coming to my house for the initial consultation and estimate. I had used a major retailer a couple of years ago for my other bathroom -- nothing but problems and hold ups. So I was leery of going thru the whole process again. This bathroom cost me more (inflation was also a contributor) But 100% worth it!! In and out in 2 DAYS!! I WISH I HAD USED THEM on the 1st bathroom!!! I just want to THANK EVERYONE involved!! I appreciate all of their hard work. I can hardly wait the 24 hours to try it out!! Thanks AGAIN!!!
Water leak
I like the shower but had a couple of issues with water leaking out. One problem was fixed but found another. Called but no answer after leaving message. So hopefully I'll get an answer soon.
Tub to shower conversion 2023
The best experience I’ve ever had with a Design Consultant. Randy was professional, covered all the processes from beginning to end that will be used for our shower install and was never pushy. Plus he has a great sense of humor. He represents Zintex in an excellent manner. Thank you Randy for making us feel at ease with this major purchase. I would highly recommend Randy Tucker.

Excellent job
Aldo was a skilled and experienced craftsman who made this job look easy. We had our 38 year old small tub and shower head torn out and replaced with a beautiful, modern spacious new shower. T.J. the salesperson who was our first contact was low pressure, had all the samples and all the information we needed. We decided in less than an hour. Within several week they called to schedule and Aldo arrived on time and was so tidy with the tear out and build. The finished product is fresh, modern, high quality, no grout, sealed and ready to use. The whole process took 1 day and a few hours the next morning. We will recommend to anyone who asks, First contact to last so professional. We will use again when we have another project. HUGE thank you to Aldo and the whole team that made this possible.
