Unprofessional!!

My wife and I had set up a consultation for the evening. They even called to verify if the time and date was good. Well 30 minutes before our consultation they cancelled on us. They told me they would call back to reschedule, a day later I reached out to them to schedule another appointment. Here we are on the day of the re-scheduled consultation and they called again 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to cancel. The frustrating part is that both my wife and I had to reschedule work and prior commitments to schedule these consultations. I hope they don’t treat all their customers like this and I hope that their installation crew are better than their customer service.

Hi Marco, We sincerely apologize for the fact that we weren't able to send a Design Consultant out this evening and it was 100% our fault. Our Design Consultant Jeff who was scheduled to see you this evening got sick earlier today and had to go home. Unfortunately we had 2 Design Consultants running appointments in Midland and 2 Design Consultants running in Amarillo. We were hoping if one of them got done with their appointment early, they would be able to make your appointment, but they weren't able to, which is why we didn't call you until 30 minutes prior to your appointment. We realize that time is money and that you had to take off work, so I spoke with our VP of Sales. He's authorized that we give you $1,000 off your bathroom remodeling project + I'm authorizing that if you do decide to purchase from us, we will send you a $500 Visa gift card. The first consultation with design consultant Randy was great. He explained to detail everything thing we need to know. We had no option but to go ahead with the project of bathtub to shower conversion we had wanted to undertake for a long time. We have had other companies but trust me you won't go wrong with Zintex.
