Randy Tucker is an asset to this company. He arrived on time (even after driving from DFW area to Austin area). Has was courteous, respectful, knowledgable, thorough, and made it clear we could put our trust in him and Zintex. We intended to get multiple quotes before making a final decision but after his presentation we felt like it wasn't necessary. He spoke highly of his boss, Nick, which was a good sign but also of the company and the product/services they provide. Looking forward to getting our double shower. If the remainder of the process is as exceptional, I'll be referring all my friends and family. Thanks Randy! Nick, give this man a raise, bonus or promotion ;)

Shower Install
I had a great experience with my shower install. Grant Munger came out and went over the bid and told me about all the options I had. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He was very pleasant and never tried to up sale me on anything I didn't need. Matt Zachar came out and did an awesome job on the installation. He was here early each morning and was very nice and polite. I couldn't have asked for a better installer, he was great! I love the way my shower turned out.

J. arrived (both times) On-Time for the appointment; the initial presentation was very good and thorough, I was very impressed with his professionalism and answered all the questions and offer several suggestions, that were helpful. After I made my decision, T. J. again arrived On-Time for the completing of the contract(s) and provided further great service. I am looking forward to having the project started and completed to have my bathroom updated and improved. So far, I am very pleased with Zintex and especiallly T. J. for his assistance, he did Not pressure me at any time and I feel has provided a fair and reasonable price for the project. I’m very happy that Brent Burdett came today to talk about my bathroom remodeling project. He was very professional, very thorough and very patient with me asking so many questions and keep on changing my mind. I’m very excited of what might be the outcome of this project.
