The first consultation with design consultant Randy was great. He explained to detail everything thing we need to know. We had no option but to go ahead with the project of bathtub to shower conversion we had wanted to undertake for a long time. We have had other companies but trust me you won't go wrong with Zintex. AMAZING!!

COLE and his WHOLE team did an AMAZING job!! They were on time. They put plastic barriers and tarps over EVERYTHING to protect and to keep the dust off of all of the surrounding areas. I was very pleased with the whole process. Starting with Monty coming to my house for the initial consultation and estimate. I had used a major retailer a couple of years ago for my other bathroom -- nothing but problems and hold ups. So I was leery of going thru the whole process again. This bathroom cost me more (inflation was also a contributor) But 100% worth it!! In and out in 2 DAYS!! I WISH I HAD USED THEM on the 1st bathroom!!! I just want to THANK EVERYONE involved!! I appreciate all of their hard work. I can hardly wait the 24 hours to try it out!! Thanks AGAIN!!!

Water leak

I like the shower but had a couple of issues with water leaking out. One problem was fixed but found another. Called but no answer after leaving message. So hopefully I'll get an answer soon.
