David Elms was extremely pleasant and completely professional the entire 4 day process. He went above and beyond to keep the dust and debris to a minimum and from spreading throughout the house. He made multiple trips to hardware stores to make sure my installation was top quality and up to date. He worked quietly and efficiently every day and explained the progress he made to keep me informed. When the renovation was complete, it was beyond what I ever had pictured. I’m so happy I chose ZinTex for my bathroom renovation. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner with as painless as the process was for us. I already have family and friends wanting David’s contact information because they’re eager to start their own renovation now.
Awesome Experience
This was a wonderful experience from soup to nuts. Very professionally handled on the front end with solution, estimate, financing and ordering of materials. Job was scheduled and I received several updates as the day drew near. David came in to do the work and did an amazing job. Not only skilled at what he was doing but provided valuable insight and suggestions as the project moved along. Result was a beautiful walk in shower. Will complete the remodel soon and will definitely call these guys to handle it. Happened just the way you want it to.

bathroom remodeling
My experience was unbelievable from the person (Brian Sharp) who came out and talked to me and went over everything with me, to Dawn who keep me up to date on everything down to the minute. Whenever there was a change in the start date, I was informed. She was very professional and on target. The gentleman (Marty) who was the installer, I was told that he would be there at 9:00am on the 2nd of January and he was there, he worked hard and did a good job he explained everything and went over everything before he started. Poor thing I thought he was going to walk his legs off; it was a lot of walking back and forth, but he never complained. He was super professional, he worked until it started getting dark, and he said he would be back the next day at 8:00am if that was okay with me, and it was, well what do you know he was there at 8:00am and started working. Every now and then when he would go outside, I would go and peek at his work and to see the progress and the work I was very pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants this kind of work done. I just wish your company did vanity work. Thank you so much for your help in the project. Once again Dawn and Marty are truly an asset to your company. I can't say thank you enough.
Shower Remodel
Couple years ago we did a bathroom remodel, removing a jetted tub and making a large walk in shower. I contracted the work myself based on a few recommendations and have hated the $10k mistake from day 1. Finally got in a financial position and got 3 estimates from reputable companies. Zintex was hands down the most professional and honest from the estimate all the way through the complete project! Only complaint is on the final day of installation, only one worker showed up and made the final day a longer work day than if a second employee showed up. Let me tell you though, Matt worked his rump off and stayed until completion and we were satisfied! Would 100% recommend this company!
Awesome Contractor
David and his team are the best of the best. He approaches each project like a work of art being done in his own home. He listens to his customers, helping them to bring their dreams to fruition. When necessary he will help guide you to a solution that you will enjoy for many years to come. Not only did he remodel both bathrooms, he remodeled my kitchen, converted a wbfp to electric and designed and executed my front and back landscapes. Based on the work David done for me, four neighbors have engaged his services. He is the best. He should be on HGTV.
