New Tub Upstairs, New Shower Downstairs
5 Star all the way top to bottom! This was a big project for us and we have been researching it for over a couple of years before finally pulling the trigger. Our house was built in the mid 80's and we were replacing both the upstairs tub and downstairs shower. We got quotes from several of the leading competitors and ultimately chose Zintex. And boy am I glad we did. Our Salesperson was Gaston. Gaston was experienced and answered all the questions we had. Gaston was also able to get us the financing arrangement we needed to get the deal done. Our point of contact for scheduling or any questions was Kiyanne. She was excellent in keeping us updated via phone and text w/ updates and scheduling. Our upstairs Tub replacement was the first to be scheduled. I was a little surprised when Seth, our installer, rang the doorbell, and he was by him self, thinking this would probably be a 2 person job. Over the next 2 days Seth knocked it out of the park! Both my wife and I were completely impressed with the skill and quality of workmanship Seth exhibited in completing our upstairs Tub replacement project. It was awesome. Kiyanne scheduled the 2nd project for a downstairs tub to shower conversion and this time Installer Matt rang the doorbell. 2 days later, my wife and I were once again blown away by the excellent level of craftsmanship performed by this Zintex installer, Matt. The end result was better than we had ever hoped for and we were 100% Happy! Very happy we went w/ Zintex.
Tub to ADA Walk In Shower Conversion
Manas Balagna was our initial contact and he explained everything very well. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything. We were able see the colors and materials in person...just in a book. Natalie kept us in the loop on the process every step of the way. Christian (the installer) did very good work and was willing to answer any questions we had. He explained the process and how our new shower works. The shower works very well! Since I am a disabled veteran, going from a tub to a walk-in shower has made taking a shower much easier and enjoyable! The quality of the materials and work is very high quality and commercial grade. I would not hesitate to recommend Zintex to anyone that needs their bathroom remodeled!

Richard was very thorough and explained everything for the bathroom remodel I was looking for, he took the time to describe everything from the company, materials, scope of work, lifetime warranty and timeline. Zintex was on my short list, there’s so many businesses in this field you have to do your homework, in my experience when looking for bids I always throw out the highest and lowest bids, this time I chose another company, but will check back with Zintex when and if I every decide to replace my other bathroom. David Elms was professional, friendly, always on time, and did a wonderful job on our bathroom remodel. Our shower was so small and ugly, now it's roomy and beautiful. Our vanity sink looks beautiful too!

Tub replacement with walk in shower
Dominic did an excellent job of removing our tub and installing a walk in shower. I'm very happy with the work that he did and I love the shower. His workmanship is awesome. Thank you Dawn for keeping me up to date with everything.
New shower replacement.
Byron was very professional on explaining the process of installation.it took 2 weeks for the material to come in. Dawn called us about setting up an installation date. The date they set was exactly when they did the install. She was very polite and answered all of our questions. Polo came out and did the install. The put down cloth on the floors where they walked. Our shower was a 2 day install they cleaned up after themselves. You would have never known they were there. Finished up tge next day. I’m sure no my bathroom was clearer when the left before. We now have a beautiful shower. My granddaughter called it a rich persons shower. I love 💕 our new shower.
Great Install and fabulous shower
Kevin did a great job, he was so polite and nice. He worked hard and was very careful to do a perfect job. We are so happy with our new walk in shower it is absolutely beautiful!! He also left all the space clean and tidy even the carport outside where he worked. We are very pleased and will recommend him to family and friends.

Our Bathroom is Amazing! This is our second bathroom remodel. The experience was great from beginning to end. We have never remodeled anything before the way Sean, “Sales”Dawn and our account manager and Jonivan our installer treated us was awesome. Fabulous experience
Marty did an outstanding job on the removal of our 70 year old cast iron bathtub AND the ceramic tile surround, which turned out to have been applied to metal lath covered in no less than 1-1/2 inches of concrete. Despite these challenges, Marty has completed our new walk-in shower and it is beautiful! We are so pleased with this experience, especially the attention to detail and daily cleanup during the process.
