A great change
Poor Marco. He showed up late due to a mechanical issue with his trailer(kept me informed the whole time). Instead of arriving at 8 he made it by 11 immediately explained things to me and went to work. He worked tirelessly until 5:30pm the first day.The second day he arrived at 8 am as promised and went right to work, Poor guy must of walked 10 miles over the course of this install. Let me add on this day it was snowing but he did not slow down. He asked us if he could work as long as it took to finish up and we gladly agreed. At 2 am in the morning we tapped out although he was like the energizer bunny and could of kept going. Marco came back the third morning and spent about 1 !/2 hours sealing everything explaining how everything worked left the place cleaner than he found it and poof just like that he is gone! Dawn was my office contact and she kept in touch by phone,text,and email. She made sure i was kept up to date on the whole process which made it so less stressful.
