Unbelievable Workmanship and Quality

After doing my due diligence my wife and I decided to use Zintex to upgrade our two bathroom showers/bathtubs. Mitch came out and explained process and what it would entail and gave us a bid. We decided to go forward. He explained the lead time and they actually beat that date by a week. When our installer notified us on actual date, he was prompt and explained everything that was going to happen. David Elms was so pleasant and professional. Ever day he showed up on time and started working in a very clean area, as he left area spotless ever day. Our two installations took five days and believe me he WORKED HARD ever day, always keeping us apprised of progress. Believe me, I have never had a more professional, thorough and courteous, clean contractor. Our two bathroom shower conversions, definitely not inserts, are just beautiful. Before we were finished with them, we decided to replace countertops and flooring also. I called Mitch and he sent man out to work up a bid. We accepted but one major exception. David Elms had to be one to do it If I could I would post pics of work as they are both beautiful. You will not be disappointed with Zintex finished product.

My husband and I were amazed that one man, Fidel, could complete this type of project alone. He was completely professional, extremely polite and very humble. Fidel worked diligently, without wasting any time and did an excellent job removing, cleaning and replacing our old, oversized shower/tub unit with a beautiful new shower that we love! I was able to take before, during and after pictures to show our family and friends. We highly recommend this young man for any remodel project and will call on Zintex and Fidel again should we ever remodel the second bathroom!!! Still amazed and pleased, Wayne & Cynthia Ellis

Seth was our installer. Seth just finished our remodel in our Master Bathroom and we are very happy with all of it. From the first day we met Seth, we were relaxed knowing he would do an excellent job. He removed a jacuzzi and small shower and replaced with a walk-in shower and closet and took our old toilet out and replaced with an Xtra tall toilet that he found for me on the Home Depot Website and a nice price. He worked from the time he got to our house non-stop till he left for the day. Seth is very polite, respectful, always has a smile on his face and a hard working young man. We admire those traits because that doesn't really exist anymore these days. Seth didn't take breaks, just working. He cleaned any mess that was made and we appreciate that. Seth is definitely a Jack of All Trades and a Master of All!!!! Thank You Seth!
