My husband and I have wanted to update our bathrooms for some time now. We have researched companies and even had other companies come out to show us their products and quote us a price. After a our research we decided to go with Zintex to do our tub to shower conversions. Let me tell you our research for the right company paid off. Our showers look amazing. I go into my bathroom and just stand and stare of how beautiful my shower is now. Everything went as planned from the very first start of the project to the last step of the installation. We first choose from quality products to go into our shower, then Zintex kept us informed of project dates and financing. BUT….. the most important part of the project, the installation, was the ultimate best part. Let me tell you the professional installer Zintex sent to do the most important part of the job was amazing. You can pick out quality products but if they aren’t installed correctly nothing else matters. Kevin came to our house and was the most polite and professional young man that we have ever had to do work for us. Kevin kept us informed on every step of the demo and installation. His craftsmanship and instinct for details was truly an extra gift we received through Zintex. Thank you Zintex for employing excellent installers like Kevin who gave us his best!

Most of my dealings was with the installers. My installers : Matthew Parkhurst and Taylor Hartmann are the BEST. Very nice and clean appearance, polite, great attitudes, and supreme service. Attention to details was amazing. My home was left cleaner after the install than before. You must request this team for an above average team! They made the remodel go smooth and fun.

One day tub/shower conversion

I made the call for a consult on a Saturday and 10 days later, my parents has a new shower! Josh Walker came Monday and thoroughly explained everything to my mother and me. He was courteous, knowledgeable and genuinely caring of our situation. Kerry called the next day and scheduled the install for the next Monday. David Elms and Japheth arrived early that day and went immediately to work. All involved understood our situation of needing the job done quickly because of my father's mobility issues, along with some others. David and Japheth did a phenomenal job. They would have been done in one day if it had not have been for some gnarly plumbing issues that David corrected and got the job done right. They were very efficient and made sure everything was cleaned and out away when they had to leave that first day so my dad would have access to the bathroom at night and would not face any obstacles that might cause a fall. David explained how to use the new shower head and patiently answered any questions we had throughout the entire process. I 100% recommend Zintex to anyone wanting or needing a bathroom remodel. Thanks to everyone that was involved! Much, if not all, of my fear for my dad's safety in that bathroom and shower has been greatly relieved. And for my mother and disabled brother too! One of the best decisions and experiences of this new journey in life.
