A great change

Poor Marco. He showed up late due to a mechanical issue with his trailer(kept me informed the whole time). Instead of arriving at 8 he made it by 11 immediately explained things to me and went to work. He worked tirelessly until 5:30pm the first day.The second day he arrived at 8 am as promised and went right to work, Poor guy must of walked 10 miles over the course of this install. Let me add on this day it was snowing but he did not slow down. He asked us if he could work as long as it took to finish up and we gladly agreed. At 2 am in the morning we tapped out although he was like the energizer bunny and could of kept going. Marco came back the third morning and spent about 1 !/2 hours sealing everything explaining how everything worked left the place cleaner than he found it and poof just like that he is gone! Dawn was my office contact and she kept in touch by phone,text,and email. She made sure i was kept up to date on the whole process which made it so less stressful. In closing if you need a bath remodel do not hesitate to reach out to Zintex.

He made multiple trips to hardware stores to make sure my installation was top quality and up to date. He worked quietly and efficiently every day and explained the progress he made to keep me informed. When the renovation was complete, it was beyond what I ever had pictured. I’m so happy I chose ZinTex for my bathroom renovation. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner with as painless as the process was for us. This was a wonderful experience from soup to nuts. Very professionally handled on the front end with solution, estimate, financing and ordering of materials. Job was scheduled and I received several updates as the day drew near. David came in to do the work and did an amazing job. My experience was unbelievable from the person (Brian Sharp) who came out and talked to me and went over everything with me, to Dawn who keep me up to date on everything down to the minute. Whenever there was a change in the start date, I was informed. She was very professional and on target. The gentleman (Marty) who was the installer, I was told that he would be there at 9:00am on the 2nd of January and he was there, he worked hard and did a good job he explained everything and went over everything before he started. Poor thing I thought he was going to walk his legs off; it was a lot of walking back and forth, but he never complained. He was super professional, he worked until it started getting dark, and he said he would be back the next day at 8:00am if that was okay with me, and it was, well what do you know he was there at 8:00am and started working. Every now and then when he would go outside, I would go and peek at his work and to see the progress and the work I was very pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants this kind of work done. I just wish your company did vanity work. Thank you so much for your help in the project. Once again Dawn and Marty are truly an asset to your company. I can't say thank you enough.

Couple years ago we did a bathroom remodel, removing a jetted tub and making a large walk in shower. I contracted the work myself based on a few recommendations and have hated the $10k mistake from day 1. Finally got in a financial position and got 3 estimates from reputable companies. Zintex was hands down the most professional and honest from the estimate all the way through the complete project! Only complaint is on the final day of installation, only one worker showed up and made the final day a longer work day than if a second employee showed up. Let me tell you though, Matt worked his rump off and stayed until completion and we were satisfied! Would 100% recommend this company!

I had a shower/tub replaced with a lower walk in shower for wife since she had knee surgery and is 78 years old. The Account Manager(s) of Natalie AND Dawn was very prompt with updates of install review of job descriptions. I had an unbelievable installer that came and installed on the date set aside and prompt time scheduled. His name was Nason and he is the BEST dispite warehouse mix up with shower door frame, he made lemonade from a lemon experience and was ale to complete the job as scheduled. This young man deserves a RAISE or at least a BIG BONUS for his outstanding work and knowledge of operations as well as asking us questions on certain matters as he installed to make sure it was to our satisfaction. THANKS Nason for a job well done. Great shower!

We signed up online and received a call from a Zintex representative really quick. I wish I could remember his name! He helped us set up an appointment and two days later our sales rep Jonah showed up. Jonah took the time to answer all of our questions, He showed us material samples, explained the quality of materials, showed us all of our options and didn’t try to up sell anything. After making a decision on everything, it was time to discuss the cost. Jonah helped us with a senior discount and another discount offer for the month of October. He even went outside to allow us some time to make our final decision. Jonah is very professional. After deciding to have our new shower installed, we were contacted by our project coordinator Kerry to set a tentative date for the installation. Kerry let us know when all materials were delivered and set a firm installation date. Installation day got here and our installer Japheth was here early. He got to work quickly, took extra care not to damage anything and took the time to answer any questions we had. Japheth is very professional and his work is amazing. 24 hours later we were able to use the shower. Awesome experience and an awesome job. Like the title to this review says….. We are “Very pleased” If you’re looking for a complete bathroom remodel or just a new tub or walk in shower, we highly recommend Zintex!

I called a phone number that was listed on a TV ad for Jacuzzi showers. On The next working day I received a call back from Zintex Remodeling Group. We set a convenient time for one of their design consultants to come to my home to examine my tiled shower that had some problems. Richard arrived promptly on time for the appointment. He carefully measured the shower and made several notes. Then we sat at my kitchen table where he told me about the Zintex Company, their standard of work and the quality products. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and ZINTEX Remodeling Group with respect to the ZINTEX Remodeling Group web site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and ZINTEX Remodeling Group with respect to the ZINTEX Remodeling Group web site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
