We set a convenient time for one of their design consultants to come to my home to examine my tiled shower that had some problems. Richard arrived promptly on time for the appointment. He carefully measured the shower and made several notes. Then we sat at my kitchen table where he told me about the Zintex Company, their standard of work and the quality products. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Lead man on the job was Manuel and he did a fantastic job updating and installing our new shower. He made sure our furniture was covered from dust and kept the area clear. After finishing the job, he answered all of our questions very professional. My one concern was the size of the shower door didn't fit and he got on the phone immediately and called the manager. Casey responded with a call assuring me that the issue will resolve quickly. I know a lot of consumers are apprehensive about home projects; however, this has been no stress at all! New Tub Upstairs, New Shower Downstairs

5 Star all the way top to bottom! This was a big project for us and we have been researching it for over a couple of years before finally pulling the trigger. Our house was built in the mid 80's and we were replacing both the upstairs tub and downstairs shower. We got quotes from several of the leading competitors and ultimately chose Zintex. And boy am I glad we did. Our Salesperson was Gaston. Gaston was experienced and answered all the questions we had. Gaston was also able to get us the financing arrangement we needed to get the deal done. Our point of contact for scheduling or any questions was Kiyanne. She was excellent in keeping us updated via phone and text w/ updates and scheduling. Our upstairs Tub replacement was the first to be scheduled. I was a little surprised when Seth, our installer, rang the doorbell, and he was by him self, thinking this would probably be a 2 person job. Over the next 2 days Seth knocked it out of the park! Both my wife and I were completely impressed with the skill and quality of workmanship Seth exhibited in completing our upstairs Tub replacement project. It was awesome. Kiyanne scheduled the 2nd project for a downstairs tub to shower conversion and this time Installer Matt rang the doorbell. 2 days later, my wife and I were once again blown away by the excellent level of craftsmanship performed by this Zintex installer, Matt. The end result was better than we had ever hoped for and we were 100% Happy! Very happy we went w/ Zintex.

Byron was very professional on explaining the process of installation.it took 2 weeks for the material to come in. Dawn called us about setting up an installation date. The date they set was exactly when they did the install. She was very polite and answered all of our questions. Polo came out and did the install. The put down cloth on the floors where they walked. Our shower was a 2 day install they cleaned up after themselves. You would have never known they were there. Finished up tge next day. I’m sure no my bathroom was clearer when the left before. Marty did an outstanding job on the removal of our 70 year old cast iron bathtub AND the ceramic tile surround, which turned out to have been applied to metal lath covered in no less than 1-1/2 inches of concrete. My husband and I have wanted to update our bathrooms for some time now. We have researched companies and even had other companies come out to show us their products and quote us a price. After a our research we decided to go with Zintex to do our tub to shower conversions. Let me tell you our research for the right company paid off. Our showers look amazing. I go into my bathroom and just stand and stare of how beautiful my shower is now. Everything went as planned from the very first start of the project to the last step of the installation. We first choose from quality products to go into our shower, then Zintex kept us informed of project dates and financing. BUT….. the most important part of the project, the installation, was the ultimate best part. Let me tell you the professional installer Zintex sent to do the most important part of the job was amazing. You can pick out quality products but if they aren’t installed correctly nothing else matters. Kevin came to our house and was the most polite and professional young man that we have ever had to do work for us. Kevin kept us informed on every step of the demo and installation. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and ZINTEX Remodeling Group as a result of this agreement or use of the ZINTEX Remodeling Group web site. ZINTEX Remodeling Group’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of ZINTEX Remodeling Group’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the ZINTEX Remodeling Group web site or information provided to or gathered by ZINTEX Remodeling Group with respect to such use. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
