Fantastic New Shower Install

Our Contractor David did an amazing job. Our scheduled time was 17-19 February 2025 and this was during the most brutal winter weather here in Moore Ok with ice, snow, and temps below freezing. Tarps were laid down from the bathroom to the front door each morning & taken up each night along with vacuuming & tools packed away each night. To keep this on schedule David was here every morning at 8 am until 7 pm (staying late with our permission). Do to the ice storm we ensured David had a hot dinner on day 2 and he elected to get a hotel room that night to ensure he kept on schedule. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, upon demolition he showed us how the shower drain piping was broke leading to water/moisture build up & concrete had to be broken & new drain pipe installed (so glad this was covered in the quote). He shored up the walls with new /extra studs/bottom plates. He made sure the safety bar and the corner shelves were in the right placement. We can't say it enough that our Contractor David was amazing and Zintex did not disappoint!

The level of professionalism was apparent from beginning to end. All communications were timely and concise. Natalie and Phil were great to talk to and answered all of my questions. The installation crew, Marco, Rocco, and Matt were polite, respectful, knowledgeable and clean. At the end of each day the work space was tidy and out of the way. The work was superb! Both bathrooms look great. Quality work and product! One of the showers had a slight drip and Phil came out the next day to fix it.

Zintex is a gem of a company. First, your team of people that I dealt with over the course picking out the walk-in shower to setting up the installation was Fantastic. Everyone was so kind, informative, and helpful. Second, the pricing can’t be beat for the Quality of materials. Third, our professional installer Mr. Luciro did excellent job. He is very knowledgeable; he found an issue we did not know about and fixed it quickly. Now we will not a have a mold problem. (watch out for other companies, they may take short cuts, and you will have issues). He made sure to keep us informed of what was going on. Mr. Luciro was fast and left our home clean. Now we have a beautiful Shower.

Once I met with Skye Jones, he showed me different layouts and told me that what I wanted the company would accommodate me. I had met with another company and they're pricing was way out of my reach. Skye consulted and he made me feel like royalty and not a number. The pricing was well within my range and I was sold. I received a call from Dawn welcoming me to the team. Every time we spoke on the phone, she acted as if we are Friends. Even though we have never met it was nice to be treated in that manner. I want to thank all of the team players that made my wish come true. To include the installers Daniel and Matt. They ran into a snag but they continued with their professionalism that it didn't bother me about the snag. From Jorge, design consultant, to Natalie who handled our account, to James, Bobbie and Travis who worked as a terrific team to complete our tub to shower conversion, the attention to keeping flooring protected to the caulking detail at the completion, you showed professionalism. I have worked with various vendors and contractors in my past and I can say I have not seen a team more unified to reach the goal than James, Bobbie and Travis. I was on site and observed all the work and effort as I built my home and was there to see the alteration take place. With no children now at home and age passing us quickly, a beautiful shower was a real blessing. My experience was unbelievable from the person (Tom Grossman) who came out and talked to me and went over everything with me, to Dawn who keep me up to date on everything down to the minute. Whenever there was a change in the start date, I was informed. She was very professional and on target. The gentleman (Sharmar) who was the installer, I was told that he would be there at 9:30am on the 23rd of January and he worked hard and did a great job he explained everything and went over everything before he started. Poor guy I thought he was going to walk his legs off, it was a lot of walking back and forth, but he never complained. He was super professional, he worked until it was done. I would go and peek at his work and to see the progress and the work I was very pleased. I would recommend this Zintex to anyone who wants this kind of work done. A great change

Poor Marco. He showed up late due to a mechanical issue with his trailer(kept me informed the whole time). Instead of arriving at 8 he made it by 11 immediately explained things to me and went to work. He worked tirelessly until 5:30pm the first day.The second day he arrived at 8 am as promised and went right to work, Poor guy must of walked 10 miles over the course of this install. Let me add on this day it was snowing but he did not slow down. He asked us if he could work as long as it took to finish up and we gladly agreed. At 2 am in the morning we tapped out although he was like the energizer bunny and could of kept going. Marco came back the third morning and spent about 1 !/2 hours sealing everything explaining how everything worked left the place cleaner than he found it and poof just like that he is gone! Dawn was my office contact and she kept in touch by phone,text,and email. She made sure i was kept up to date on the whole process which made it so less stressful. In closing if you need a bath remodel do not hesitate to reach out to Zintex.

My experience was unbelievable from the person (Brian Sharp) who came out and talked to me and went over everything with me, to Dawn who keep me up to date on everything down to the minute. Whenever there was a change in the start date, I was informed. She was very professional and on target. The gentleman (Marty) who was the installer, I was told that he would be there at 9:00am on the 2nd of January and he was there, he worked hard and did a good job he explained everything and went over everything before he started. Poor thing I thought he was going to walk his legs off; it was a lot of walking back and forth, but he never complained. He was super professional, he worked until it started getting dark, and he said he would be back the next day at 8:00am if that was okay with me, and it was, well what do you know he was there at 8:00am and started working. Every now and then when he would go outside, I would go and peek at his work and to see the progress and the work I was very pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants this kind of work done. I just wish your company did vanity work. Thank you so much for your help in the project. Couple years ago we did a bathroom remodel, removing a jetted tub and making a large walk in shower. I contracted the work myself based on a few recommendations and have hated the $10k mistake from day 1. Finally got in a financial position and got 3 estimates from reputable companies. Zintex was hands down the most professional and honest from the estimate all the way through the complete project! Only complaint is on the final day of installation, only one worker showed up and made the final day a longer work day than if a second employee showed up. Let me tell you though, Matt worked his rump off and stayed until completion and we were satisfied! Would 100% recommend this company!

I had a shower/tub replaced with a lower walk in shower for wife since she had knee surgery and is 78 years old. The Account Manager(s) of Natalie AND Dawn was very prompt with updates of install review of job descriptions. I had an unbelievable installer that came and installed on the date set aside and prompt time scheduled. His name was Nason and he is the BEST dispite warehouse mix up with shower door frame, he made lemonade from a lemon experience and was ale to complete the job as scheduled. This young man deserves a RAISE or at least a BIG BONUS for his outstanding work and knowledge of operations as well as asking us questions on certain matters as he installed to make sure it was to our satisfaction. BECAUSE SOME STATES/JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
ZINTEX Remodeling Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the ZINTEX Remodeling Group web site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Denton County, Texas, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the ZINTEX Remodeling Group web site. Use of the ZINTEX Remodeling Group web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and ZINTEX Remodeling Group with respect to the ZINTEX Remodeling Group web site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and ZINTEX Remodeling Group with respect to the ZINTEX Remodeling Group web site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
