Tub to Shower Conversion
Our new tub to walk-in shower conversion is fantastic! The entire process was very smooth. We chose Zintex over other companies after Skye’s presentation convinced us that we could trust Zintex for high quality materials and workmanship. Dawn contacted us immediately to start the process and explain the install timeline. Carlos, Phil and crew came out and confirmed all details prior to the start of any work. They removed the old clamshell tub insert and retaining header down to the studs. They replumbed the drain and water connections, covered the walls and ceiling in hardboard, and installed the shower like the pros that they are. It looks absolutely amazing! And it has a lifetime warrantee! Thank you to everyone at Zintex for your efforts! It is truly appreciated.

We are so pleased with our new tub/to walk in shower! From getting the estimate to having it installed by Sonny was very easy! Sonny was here a day and a half and was fantastic at doing the installation. Sonny walked us through everything that was going to be done and we discussed on where the placement of everything was going to be. He is very nice and I would recommend him to anyone! The entire time went very smoothly!

Josh is very courteous, patient and extremely knowledgeable representative for East Texas Zintex. His background and knowledge is in home construction so he could attest to the quality of Zintex's products and to their workmanship. Prior to Josh's arrival, we had already heard the sales pitch of two other bathtub, shower replacement companies, so we knew what questions we wanted to ask Josh. His presentation and the questions he answered convinced us that Zintex was the company we wanted to go with, if we decided to follow through on our project. Josh also explained how we could finance this and he was prepared to assist us in securing the loan. He was not pushy in getting our final decision on the project, but he faithfully followed up with us. He Never pressured us with our final decision which made us respect him and Zintex more. Comparatively, regarding quality and cost, Zintec was our chose.

The whole process was a breeze. Dawn coordinate everything with me and was even able to get my install a week earlier. My installer Gerard was early and very professional. Once he started working he didn’t stop till he was done. Clean-up everything and made sure I knew how all of it functioned before leaving. It was an absolutely wonderful experience.

I am happy with my walk in shower. Nason was a great installer . Very knowledgeable about his work and very thorough as well. It was a pleasure to meet a very hardworking young man. He was so professional ,respectful and timely mannered. He explained the details very well and answering my questions patiently as well. He cleaned up the debris satisfyingly.Did a clean job. Overall he did a great job!
Tub to shower remodel
My elderly father required a bathroom remodel due to the inability to get in and out of the bathtub. We chose Zintex after Skye came out to complete a free consultation. We felt we could trust him and Zintex to do a great job. Dawn helped us with the financial aspect which was easy and smooth! Daniel came out and completed the bathroom quicker than expected and it looks fabulous! My dad feels safe and sound in his new shower! Thank you to everyone at Zintex for your care!

Mr. David Elms called and let us know his approximate arrival time on the date of our scheduled remodel and he was even early. Upon meeting David at the door you could already feel the professional, hardworking, courteous, very respectful and kind man that he is! I showed him to the bathroom and he took a look while checking his paperwork. He said he was going to begin by bringing in tools etc. Afterwards, Mr. David hit the ground running. He kept the door closed most of the time to prevent dust getting out. Day 1 mostly consisted of demolition. Our remodel was only supposed to last two days. However, on day 2 there were unexpected issues. Mr. David brought them to my attention immediately but, not before he already had an approved solution. Mr. David’s communication about our remodel whether it been unforeseen issues or questions that we may have had come up about our remodel was superb. Not to mention that his patience is second to none! I don’t think he had to but, we believe he went above and beyond with the last part, things like grab bar placement etc. He lowered and centered our shower head, asked where we would like our individual grab bars, placement of our handheld. We are not sure what else we can say about Mr. David or that this review does him any justice at all. We all love our new shower but, most of all we all feel much safer!
