Where Does ZINTEX Install Replacement Vinyl Windows?
Currently, ZINTEX Remodeling Group offers replacement vinyl windows in the Dallas-Fort Worth region. We are able to travel up to roughly two hours outside of the DFW metropolitan area to provide window replacement services. Our window installation crew is completely separate from our bathroom installation crew, and they are highly specialized in their niche.
In the future, we may expand to include more of our Texas markets and beyond. We continue to provide bathroom remodeling services to all current locations, including DFW.
Why Vinyl Windows?
There are a few different popular window material choices homeowners tend to gravitate towards. For decades, metal and wood dominated the market. However, these materials don’t stack up to vinyl when it comes to:
- Heat resistance
- Anti-warping properties
- Noise blocking
- Energy efficiency
- Customization options
We’re so confident in the quality and durability of our window frames that we provide a lifetime frame warranty that is 100% transferable to the next homeowner should you decide to sell.

What if you want to work with ZINTEX, but you’re really in the market for a wooden or metal frame? Thanks to our manufacturing partnerships, we can fulfill most orders even if they aren’t for our recommended vinyl options.
Can I Customize My ZINTEX Windows?
Does ZINTEX Remodeling offer more than just standard window dimensions? Believe it or not, there is really no such thing as a standard window. That’s because as your home settles and shifts, the exact shape and size of your windows shift along with it. Every time you have a window replaced, customization is required to achieve a reliable seal.
Dimensions aren’t the only thing we can customize at ZINTEX. We’re also able to do custom shapes as well as custom painted or laminated window frame colors. You can also choose from a variety of operational styles, including:
- Single-hung windows: one of the two sashes can be moved vertically
- Double-hung windows: both sashes can be moved vertically
- Casement windows: a single hinged casement moves outward using a hand crank

How Much Do Replacement Windows Cost?
Window replacement costs will vary based on factors such as:
- The number of windows you need replaced
- The size and shape of your windows
- The thickness of your window panes (e.g., the standard single-strength residential pane vs. double or triple-strength)
- The level of customization (e.g., special colors or tempering) you want to add
For each project, ZINTEX requires a five-window minimum. On average, our operational windows (meaning any window that actually opens) cost about $1600. For small or non-operational windows, prices can drop as low as $1200-1300 per window.
What if you want to complete your home window replacement project in batches, but you’re worried about future inflation? We offer a two-year price guarantee for any homeowner who wants to break up the window replacement process. In other words, your ZINTEX windows will cost the same two years down the road as the ones you install today.
How Long Will New Windows Take to Install?
When it comes to major home improvement decisions, timing tends to come second only to cost. How long will ZINTEX take to install your new windows?
We typically need about three to five weeks of lead time from the day you sign your contract to the day we can start your install. This allows us to order your materials and make sure they’re up to our quality standards.

Once the installation begins, we can typically complete between 10-12 windows per day. It may take a little longer if we’re working on a second or third floor, if the windows are large, or if we need to complete an extensive demolition. On the flipside, it may take a little less time if you’re installing several small or basic windows in easy-to-demo spaces.
Does ZINTEX Repair Windows?
If you’re looking for window repair instead of window replacement, ZINTEX is not the right company for the job. We do not do window repairs because ultimately, we find that window repairs often aren’t worth the investment for the homeowner.
Window repair can seem like the better alternative because it’s often cheaper and faster than replacing your windows. However, replacing your windows can be the better financial decision in the long run due to things like improved energy efficiency and sound resistance. Even if you seal up the gaps on your existing windows, you’re not likely to see results comparable to modern window replacements.
That said, our warranty does guarantee that we will address any covered issues related to manufacturing defects or installation errors.
