Lewisville, Texas – ZINTEX Remodeling Group, a Texas and Oklahoma based home improvement company, is excited to announce their 2022 partnership with the Purple Heart Foundation.

ZINTEX Remodeling Group’s goal is to improve the quality of our customer’s lives by making bathing safer and affordable. ZINTEX has been in business for over 20 years and specializes in the installation of replacement bathtubs, tub to shower conversions, shower replacements and walk-in tubs.

“Most of the communities ZINTEX services have military bases and as a local company we always want to give back to the people of Texas and Oklahoma, particularly our veterans who have laid their life on the line and sacrificed so much for the freedoms we have and enjoy today” said Owner Nick Zindel.

In each quarter of 2022, the Purple Heart Foundation is going to select a Texas/Oklahoma based veteran through their own internal process, where they are in need of a walk-in shower to make bathing easier and safer. “It’s a perfect partnership for us, because the Purple Heart Foundation knows which of their veterans need the kind of walk-in shower systems that we install each and every day. It allows us to thank that particular veteran for their service, by hopefully improving the quality of their life and making it easier on their family” said Zindel.

The Purple Heart Foundation’s mission is to holistically enhance the quality of life of all veterans and their families, providing them with direct service and fostering an environment of comradery and goodwill among combat-wounded veterans.

“Disabled Veterans face many challenges on the road to recovery. Adequate and accessible bathing is one thing that helps a veteran start their day off right and is important to their mental wellbeing. We’re proud and excited to partner with Nick and his team at ZINTEX to help these veterans in need,” said Chairman of the Purple Heart Foundation Board Jim Sims.

Zindel added, “Every time a customer buys a new bathroom from us, we are going to put a percentage of that sale aside, which will allow us to remodel four Veteran’s bathrooms for free in 2022. Hopefully as this program and partnership grows with the Purple Heart Foundation, we will be able to commit to doing 12 installations, one each month in 2023, to help more of our veterans.”
